Board Meeting Minutes July 7th 2019
- Meeting was called to order at 1:30pm
- Roll call: Ron, Sam, Lauie, Michelle, Jason, Angie
- Ron made a motion to approve the minutes, Sam seconded. Passed unanimously
Old Business
- Detailed expense report for 2019

- Ron to update S-100 form to reflect same as resubmitted 3500 form
- Volunteers
- We had a pick up with volunteers in recent events
- Josline, John, Chris, Jason, Elaine, Chip, Ron Theresa, Virginia, Dan, KJ, Laurie, Sam, Michelle Angie and Pam rocked it!
- Random events had an average $600 per night

- Trends for monthly and weekly averages to help create a MIN/MAX standard
- Gives us better estimates on what to buy and promotes higher sales
- Once we have POS in place we can do inventory there
- Add that as a question to one of the emails and to the website and physically during events
- We are keeping small fridge and need to turn the temp down because beers are freezing
- If a new beer and/or booze sticks around to long we can blow it out with a $1 special

- Two board members have stepped down. Frida and Jeff
- Need discuss and suggest possible appointees, Ron will select from the list and vote from Board and this has to be unanimous

- Need to add Ron and Sam to the bank account and remove Dave
- Need to have Terry add him
